Mark Rader
Mark Rader serves as Director of CityReachers, a ministry of Biblica (formerly International Bible Society-Send The Light). Mark was raised in Burlington, Washington, graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1974 and served as a Training and Education officer in the Air Force for 20 years. His Air Force jobs included teaching Air Force ROTC at Oregon State University, serving as commander for a Basic Military Training Squadron in San Antonio, serving as a Department of Defense spokesman for the movement of military mail during the Persian Gulf War and serving as a public relations officer at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.
After retiring from the Air Force in 1994, Mark worked as the Director of Transfer Admissions for Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. He then was selected as the Director of Admissions and Outreach for Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado Springs. In 2003, he joined International Bible Society where he has worked in Development, Volunteer programs and currently with CityReachers. Mark lives in Colorado Springs, is married to Donna and has three daughters.
